Best GroupMe for W10
by JesseSyncs so much better than GroupMe for 8, and inline quick replies from the notification center are a great addition. It has no problem handling my 10 groups simultaneously.

Most Improved, However...
by DavidThis app is vastly improved over the horrible WP8 version. However, there is no video posting. Add it and it's five stars! (note I have edited my review and added a star because they added several other featured I noted were missing... keep it up!)

Actually quite good
by AndreasI've tried glide, cyberdust, snapchat, WhatsApp, Viber, skype and for texting and exchanging of multi media, this is by far, the best thought out app out there. Wonder if there's some way to leverage this service and make skypes app a little more "hip"

Where's video share⁉
by MarquanApp NEEDS video share. It's embarrassing how a native Windows app has better features on other platforms.

Bring back all the features
by RJI want all the features from windows 8 and other platforms I used events quite often. I'm tired of Microsoft treating their own platform as second class.

I love it!
by ChristianBeen waiting for the Windows 10 version! I love everything, however, if we could swipe in from the left to access the Hamburger Menu that'd be epic and navigation would be so much easier.

Desktop App!!!!!
by MarkI use my computers 95% of the time, and I also use GroupMe a lot. I'm glad I don't need my phone or a web app for my main GroupMe use anymore. I think it could use more features, like the multichat capability of the web app which I often used, and it would be nice if I could mouse hover over the like button instead of clicking the message to see who else has liked it, but overall, this app is off to a good start.

Groupme Failed To Add Member
Question:
Why do I get an error when I try to add someone to my group in GroupMe?
Answer:
In GroupMe, when you try to add someone to a group, you might get the error "Failed to add member to ‘Group name’", the member might show as not allowed or nothing will happen. This might mean that they were a member of the group before, but they decided to leave.
After a member leaves a group, you can share a link to the group so they can choose to rejoin it, but you might not be able to add them back to the group. -
Groupme Backup Code
GroupMe two-step verification FAQ. When you enable two-step verification, it makes a person's account safer by requiring both a person's password, and a phone number along with sign in. If you turn about two-step verification, a security code will be sent along with your phone every time you sign in.
